I had to replace the batteries in the remotes, and the ceiling light bulbs in the jack-n-jill bathroom. New WI-FI was wonderful. Already booked for 2024.

Francis and Berger were outstanding. They made it so easy and check-in and out were seamless. Already made plans to rent again next year. Loved the location and my 10+ time in OC was again memorable and fun for me and the family!

ants in kitchen; lighting in living room is inadequate. Internet access is abysmal and non existing on the last 3 days of our tenancy. We were forced to use mobile data and cell phone hot spots to connect. A single router for 2 units just doesn't do it when 9 adults (5 down and 4 up) are using tablets and cell phones.

Unit sleeps 9 but dining table only seats 6, we knew this so we brought a picnic table and chairs to accommodate the family.
Verizon internet was completely unreliable even with a signal amplifier that we brought with us.

This was my 3rd happy year in this condo. Already booked for 2020. Brought a wi-fi extender this year which greatly improved reception. Could really use a larger, more powerful microwave. Love the front deck.

Surprised by absence of electrical outlet in the bathrooms. Couldn't use my electric waterpik. Very pleased with speed of repairs when slider handle snapped off in my hand.
