1644 Boardwalk 1 st floor Location was great but the house wasn't very clean and the kitchen had ants. The mattress in room with double and twin, the full mattress has seen better days.

The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of room to hang or fold clothes and the beds are comfortable. It's a well-maintained property. The porch is a great place to sit and relax at night.

Francis and Berger were outstanding. They made it so easy and check-in and out were seamless. Already made plans to rent again next year. Loved the location and my 10+ time in OC was again memorable and fun for me and the family!

ants in kitchen; lighting in living room is inadequate. Internet access is abysmal and non existing on the last 3 days of our tenancy. We were forced to use mobile data and cell phone hot spots to connect. A single router for 2 units just doesn't do it when 9 adults (5 down and 4 up) are using tablets and cell phones.

Unit sleeps 9 but dining table only seats 6, we knew this so we brought a picnic table and chairs to accommodate the family.
Verizon internet was completely unreliable even with a signal amplifier that we brought with us.
