Property was excellent. However, air conditioning broke during a 100 degree heat wave. Owner was responsive and had the ac unit replaced immediately. That was great, but it disrupted our stay and was inconvenient having a repair guy in and out of the house all day (8-5).

Throw rugs are a hazard. Kept tripping on them. Takes forever for the stove to heat up. Beautiful place.

First time renting so nothing to compare it to but to be honest the house was worn down - old bedspreads, ice maker jammed, coffee maker leaked, rusty chairs on porch, screen door fell off, . . Just worn and then water power shut off for entire day - no warning or ability to plan - may not have been avoided but guests left without showers being at beach/ workouts. Would not pick that place again.

It is located on Asbury Ave and 47th street. It is a 2nd floor unit and is 1.5 blocks to the beach. It is a great location in a very quiet part of the island. It is a beautifully finished home with an enclosed shower, garage, great view from the rooftop deck to the ocean and bay, 2 balconies(off of the living room and master bedroom), 2 TVs, free Wi-Fi and wash/dryer. This unit is furnished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

There are many activities in and around Ocean City including the famous boardwalk, short drive to Atlantic City for great shows and food. Additionally, it is a short drive to other southern beaches such as Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor & Cape May!

Start your day with your favorite beverage out on either the front or rear deck! At this location the walk to the beach is short because it is only one street away.
