No cable in main room was big disappointment; mainly no ESPN or CNBC. One pager said that it did have cable in main room. Would not rent place again if was still that way.

Very bright place, lots of conveniences in the kitchen. Master bed was very close to the dresser making it difficult to walk around the bed and open the drawers. Good place for a week. Hardly ever heard the people below us. Only two blocks from the beach although the beach is somewhat wide in this area making it challenging for bathroom runs with a kid. You can walk to ice cream, a playground and donut shop but need the car for getting to the boardwalk.
