Could have new cooking equipment, for example the no stick fry pans , the coating is coming off.

the owners need to address the locks. The house is very difficult to enter. Some of the furniture needs attention and repairs. Kitchen could be better stocked with newer utensils

The property said that it had televisions in the bedrooms but none of them worked. There needs to be a broom in all beach houses to make cleaning up the sand easier. Just little things that would help.

Dryer not working to capacity.
Fruit flies present upon arrival. Not just one or two, but a colony in kitchen and closest bath.
Never got rid of all of them.

Ellen Senft did a great job and went beyond that when she helped us retrieve some clothing accidentally left at the rental house. Jim Monteleone has helped us buy two houses and sell one in OCNJ and he steered us to Ellen.

Lori is an amazing resource, and was there for us when we needed her. After notifying her of a problem with our rental, she promptly returned my call, came up with a solution, and followed through that same day. I was so impressed with her tenacity, professionalism and kindness.
