The house is only three blocks from the beach/boardwalk & two blocks to Asbury Ave., wonderful downtown shopping district with charming shops and great restaurants. Location is within easy walking distance to Tabernacle, Wonderland Pier, 6th St. Surfing Beach, tennis courts, playgrounds, churches and Acme grocery store. Park your car in the garage & leave it for the week. Bikes are provided with the rental and are an easy way to run errands without getting in & out of a hot car. First Floor: open floor plan with centrally located dining room (seats 21), front living room, side family room, one bedroom on first floor off the front living room, a laundry area off the kitchen with full bath (shower stall) & covered back porch with steps to a fenced in back yard. Second Floor: 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths (one with a tub, one with a shower stall). Third floor: has inside and outside access. Third floor includes two bedrooms, efficiency kitchen and a full bath with shower stall. Third floor kitchen has a 17 c.f. refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot (dishes, cereal bowls, mugs & silverware). For safety reasons there's no oven or stove in the 3rd fl. kitchen. Front porch is 10' x 36' with glass dining table to seat 6, cushioned seating for 7 & 2 rocking chairs.
