Our cottage was originally constructed in the 1880s, then completely retrofitted in 2010 by locally renowned builder Dean Adams. His vision and design expertly used every ounce of space to create open concept, while keeping its 1880s charm. Once you have brewed a perfect cup of coffee from either the Nespresso machine (bring your Vertuoline capsules) or standard coffee maker, enjoy it out on one of our two front porches, patio or sun deck as you ponder how relaxing your day will be. You are only steps away from the shops and restaurants on Asbury, the boardwalk, Wednesday farmers market at the Tabernacle, and the beach! There is no need to move your car from our off-street parking once you arrive since, all of Ocean City's most popular attractions and restaurants are walking distance. There is plenty of enclosed storage in the detached garage for your beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids and other vacation essentials. On the second level, you'll find Bedroom #1 (Yellow Room- Queen Bed), Bedroom #2 (Blue Room- 2 Twin-over-Full Bunks), a full bath, and your Primary Suite- Bedroom #3 (Tan Room- King Ben w/ full En-Suite Bath). The top level holds Bedroom #4 (White Room- 4 Twin Beds), another renovated hall bathroom, and Bedroom #5 (King Bed w/ new En-Suite Bath).
