Ocean View Condo Close to Boardwalk/Beach/Asbury Shopping, Pool on Premises
Located in Americas greatest family resort in the central part of Ocean City, NJ at 10th street. Enjoy eight miles of beautiful beaches with lifeguards on duty throughout the summer season and dedicated surfing beaches, plus 2.5 miles of boardwalk for morning bike rides and miniature golf. Boardwalk favorites include Shriver's, Playland's Castaway Cove, Manco and Manco Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn and many more. Also, enjoy the Music Pier hosting concerts throughout the summer. Downtown offers shopping and fine dining. Water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals options in the bay front area. Special features include a lifeguard monitored pool right out the front door (three levels down from the unit)(only open weekends until mid June), secure building with coded doors, private balcony for your morning coffee viewing the ocean, assigned on site parking spot from which you can walk everywhere, elevator, outdoor storage, coin operated laundry on premises. Sleeps four people with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens and towels are not provided. The full kitchen seats four and the dining table on the top floor deck also seats four. Games and books available. Driving distance to Atlantic City and Cape May. Dishes and cookware provided. 4 beach tags, 4 pool tags, Wi-Fi, cable and Fire TV. Beach chairs provided. Check in Saturday 2pm. Check out Saturday 10am.
