This was our second-year renting 2130 Central. They did take care of the front porch floor somewhat, but the porch furniture needs replacing.
The Wi-Fi works but only in certain locations in the house.

The property and price were average, but there were very few items provided that usually come with a beach house. For example, there were zero pot holders, dish towels, rolls of toilet paper (usually there's at least a started courtesy roll to get you through unpacking your car), wine glasses (we like to enjoy a glass of wine on vacation), or trash bags. I'm glad I brought my own sandwich wrap and plastic wrap -- I usually do in case what's there is low, but there was none at all. They did provide 26 cooking/chopping knives in various states of sharpness, but only 5 teaspoons. So if you think you're going to need something for the kitchen, be sure to bring it along. The bedrooms were fine - great ceiling fans and closets and plenty of pillows.
We didn't lock the front door for the whole week after my husband spent about a half hour trying to get the key out of the lock. Maybe they had that fixed after us? And the door leading to the front porch from the living room doesn't stay closed unless you lock it. But you can only lock it from the inside. So if you go out on the porch and it's windy, someone inside has to lock you out there or the door will stay open. That's pretty unacceptable.

Interior was fine but exterior front was in bad condition. Wooden floor needed to be replaced or sanded down and painted and sideinding needs to be power washed and wood trim on porch painted.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. But no big deal. And the place had a funny smell when we walked in. But again, no big deal.
