we visited prior to rental. nice place, upgrade to deck furniture was a nice bonus. location for beach access. view from the deck off the kitchen not the best “garbage cans etc”, but room deck was better. overall very happy with the stay and price is right for the location.

We very much like the house at 2925 Central! Makes us feel warm and homey! Close to the beach , and a very quiet area. Keeping our fingers crossed that we can rent it again next September!

This is the third year I rented 2925 Central Avenue. It was always very nice, but new owners have definitely upgraded with new furniture on front porch, a fully stocked kitchen, new rugs and furiture and my grandchildren's favorite, bunk instead of two single.
