Well maintained corner unit is just one house from the beach! Fabulous unit with only a couple of steps into the unit and no steps inside. Great Central Avenue find because not many 3 bedroom units on Central. Luncheonette and ice cream parlor about 5 blocks away.

lovely property, enjoyed porch could use more pull down shades. Also could update bathrooms very low toilets hard for seniors to use.

We had a lovely time at 4500 Central Ave. my first concern was cleanliness and that was met.
Being seniors, our favorite was the front porch to set and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and sunsets. We have already booked for next year.

A lot of the lights didn't work outside. Sliding glass doors in bathroom was tough for daughter who recently had back surgery and needed to sit down on side of the tub. Otherwise, property was adequate.

House was great but a few things the home owner could provide: wine glasses, coffee mugs that hold more than 6 oz. and a Teflon frying pan for eggs. You can’t easily fry an egg on a stainless steel frying pan!! Thanks.

Face to face rental procedure in mid July was superb. (Had unsuccessfully searched on line
prior to going to Berger.) Rita was very efficient and tended to our request even though we had just walked in with our inquiry. Having been RVers for the last 20 yrs. we were returning to the rental world.
The location and condition of our rental was great. Kitchen was well equipped except for
flat wear and some dishes(cups & bowls). There was less than service for 8. We washed more dishes by hand than using the dishwasher even when there was only 2 of us there. Otherwise,
the property was great. We are not reserving for next year at this time due to uncertainties
of health and other family commitments.
However, if we do plan to come back to Ocean City we will contact Rita at Berger. Thanks for a great vacation including the weather. lol

the property was well kept, clean and a good location. However, my wife and I have some physical disabilities and are unable to handle the high dunes. the children however had a great time on the beach!
