Description
The second floor home (condo) features comfortable larger than average rooms, a Cathedral ceiling in the main room, a covered front porch where you can catch the last few rays of Sun while enjoying dinner. Our home is far enough from town to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for it to be a short walk. Conveniently located near playgrounds, basketball courts, popular restaurants and convenient stores (Wawa, CVS, Walgreens). Nearby attractions include tennis and pickle ball courts, miniature golf, Civic Center with Library, and bakeries.
Its only a block walk to drop a fishing line in the bay and 6 short blocks to the beach. New washer / dryer and new heating / cooling system. Awnings with table and chairs on porch. Freshly painted, bamboo hardwood flooring, new throw rugs. Indoor stairs. Please use only he clothes detergent in washer!
