In a beach house, the Master Bedroom bath should have a door. If the master bedroom door is opened, you can see into the master bathroom.
I'd also suggest the owner buy an eggshell mattress to provide more comfort for the futon bed.

Rental was great and better equipped than any we ever had. Outside deck and furniture were great. Only negative was twin beds were very old and uncomfortable which might keep us from renting this house again...also the Internet was spotty.

Marianne is a pleasure to deal with. From beginning to end, she made our vacation one of the best we have had in Ocean City. Our rental on 3426 Wesley was spectacular. Everything was provided for our convenience and the appointments were incredible. Parking was a challenge, but so worth it.
