This was the nicest unit we have ever rented and we've been coming to OCNJ for 15 years! If it wasn't up 2 flights of stairs, it would have been perfect. Honestly, a very clean and spacious home with comfortable beds and furniture. Very nice.

The house was really nice - just that the 4 out of 6 chairs on the deck had holes in them and were unusable. Lastly - the vacuum didn't work - no suction and clogged. Otherwise was happy with the rental.

Property (1040 Asbury, Unit C) was beautiful. The unit slept 8 but only contained 6 plates, 4 coffee cups, no serving bowls and very few items for cooking, even a simple meal of pasta. Dori is wonderful, she goes above and beyond and provides exceptional customer service.
