Ocean view from a third floor covered deck porch. condo is located half a block from the beach and boardwalk and two blocks from the start of all shops, so this means you can park your car in the condo's parking spot, fits two small to mid size cars, and walk to the beach, great shops and restaurants. There is nothing like coming back to the condo for lunch and right back to the beach without carrying your stuff every time.
