The unit was is DESPERATE need of renovations. The bathrooms were dirty and very dated. There was NO iron or ironing board. There was not even a sponge mop to clean the kitchen floor. The owner insisted that we park on the reserved spot for 3043 for some reason. The metal baseboards were rusted in both bathrooms. Both toilet seats were chipped.

Ben is a great agent. We've been renting from Berger for 3 yrs now, he's totally honest when it come to picking a property that works for my family and budget. Also we had a small issue on a Sunday afternoon, and he was at the property with in minutes to help us out!
