Unit was bright and airy but furnishings somewhat dated, especially baths. All rental units could use a reclining chair for more elderly guests who need to sleep in such a chair. All people need to get there feet up to relax. Thanks to the owners for a great experience.

This house, 5545 Central Ave, is a wonderful home to vacation with a large or extended family. We had a 1 year old, 5 year old and 7 year old with us. The
Proximity to the beach and beach entrance was a plus!!! The house, although dated, was just the right size for our 3 adult children, 3 grandkids and ourselves. The full shower in the garage was a blessing with the small children in our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property.

Great location at the south end. Commercial grade stove/oven/griddle/broiler was a real bonus. We utilized every bit of it !!!

Space was right but lacked in areas such as required maintenence, master bath unacceptable, internet speed did not support streaming, major appliance, the stove, needed repair.

It's seen better days. We had some problems with both T.V.s and the freezer. They have a lot of kitchen stuff, but the organization was very haphazard. I guess that by the time we get there the guests have made things even more mixed up. Because of all the stuff there isn't much room for our food. Aside from the kitchen, the rest is pretty good.
