We've stayed for several yrs at 1202 Ocean . We love the property! However, the stairs to the roof deck are really dangerous! A few yrs ago, my cousin slipped down them and sprained her ankle! And this yr my son fell down them and hurt his back badly! They are not constructed properly & are very slippery & unsafe...The owners really need to do something about them , before someone gets seriously hurt and they could be sued. I strongly recommend Reconstruction, or at the very minimum the attachment of rough , not slip treads , to those steps .Otherwise, We love the place! And look forward to returning, Thanks!
