This year the house was not in the same condition as in past years. I’m sure it’s due to the renters not treating it well but it wasn’t nearly as clean when we arrived.

2023 was first year with new cleaners. We were not aware cleaning was not up to par. Will make cleaning service aware of complaint and we apologize for the situation.

Check in & out was insanely easy!!! We found the place on the website! My ONLY complaint was the renters below had 2 dogs that barked constantly. We were not permitted to bring our dog so we were not expecting that. Overall great vaca!

The coffee pot was missing so Linda went above and beyond, letting us borrow one for the week. If the owners would like some feed back to better the property here are just some things: better stock the kitchen with cookware as it was fairly sparse if you wanted to cook a meal, tighten the bunk beds in the one room, enough pillows in the closet for all sleeping areas, DVD player for the TV, Fan in the main family/ living area. The back shed space was great for the beach stuff and bikes and it was very nice that we had use of it. the outdoor shower was great as well. We enjoyed the house and the neighbors were very nice. I would rent there again.

The rental property met our expectations and was clean and updated. The powder room was extremely small and you can barely fit in it to use the toilet. The main bathroom had no towel racks to hang towels or bathing suits. The description on the website said there were 2 offstreet parking spaces when there was only 1.
