We provide the linens, so you son't have to worry about the hassle of lugging these from home.  Our fully stocked kitchen means you won't have to eat out for every meal. Cook up your favorite meals and enjoy them in our spacious dining area, or take them outside to our private balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze.   When it's time to hit the beach, we have you covered. We provide beach chairs beach towels, and bikes, so you can easily explore the area and soak up the sun. And when you're ready to relax, our cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind.

Our location on a quiet street means you can enjoy peace and quiet during your stay, but we're also close enough to all the action in Ocean City. Whether you want to hit the boardwalk, explore local shops and restaurants, or just relax on the beach, we're conveniently located to make it all possible.   Our rental property offers a unique and enjoyable experience for families and friends looking to enjoy a beach vacation. It is located in the heart Ocean City! 7 blocks to the beach and close enough to everything you need with many eateries and stores within walking distance! Downstairs is also a rental for those who need a larger property. This upstairs unit has a living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen with. new appliances, a kitchen island with stools and a kitchen table to seat 4.

**To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.**

There is a shared yard with furniture, a grill and a fire pit. (shared with the 1st floor unit) (Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill)
