From initial design through final construction, every detail was carefully considered from the open floor plan living to the luxury finishes throughout the house.  The gourmet kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and a convenient built-in beverage center. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, knives, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essentials needed for your meals.  Just off the gourmet kitchen is a large dining area including floor to ceiling windows which bestow an open and airy sense to your mealtime gatherings.  Connected via the great room space is the entertainment area anchored by a gas fireplace and 65-inch widescreen TV.  Plenty of comfortable seating to take in a favorite television show or movie.  Access to the front porch spanning the entire front of the property is available off the entertaining area or through an additional doorway from the dining area. A porch roof protects the outdoor entertaining oasis which is comprised of a large comfortable seating area.  An additional outdoor dining area on the front deck. 

 The custom floor plan consists of 2 king master bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, 1 junior queen master with ensuite bathroom, 1 queen, 2 twin bunk beds (4 people), and 1 double bunk bed (4 people), also includes 2 twin futons located in the living room.  with 5 full bathrooms.  High-definition flat screen televisions are available in each bedroom, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Access to the relaxing rear veranda is convenient from king master bedroom. The oversized laundry room contains a front-loading washer and dryer with storage in the cabinets above.  Roomy private outdoor shower.  Plenty of storage space is available in the foyer. The property includes off-street parking for three cars, with two cars in the garage and one car in the driveway. To ease your vacation packing, we offer 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, childrens sand toys, corn hole game, and a sizable aluminum beach caddy.  For those with small children, a highchair and booster seat are also available for your convenience.  Grill masters can take a turn with the stainless-steel Weber BBQ grill for the perfect steak dinner.
