1000 Ocean Ave Unit C is an excellent rental, You can tell the owner cares about the unit and keeps it updated. Our family really enjoyed the roof top deck and the front deck. Plenty of space for my family.

The only negative to our rental property was a minor one - poor channel choices on the TV.
Everyone enjoyed OC and the rental.
Website - we are not able to enter an address and get info on that particular property - it might be our problem, not the sites problem.
