This home features 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms at 4408 Asbury Ave. One bedroom and 1/2 bath is on the first floor with the other three bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. Comfortably sleeps 8, with a King, 2 Queen, 2 Single and a full pull out sofa in the living room for an additional two friends. All mattresses are comfortable high quality. Blankets, throws & pillows are provided, however bed linens & bath/beach towels are not provided. Linen rental can be arranged. Central air conditioning. Laundry is off the master bedroom with full size side by side washer/ dryer. There is an en-suite master bath. T

Smart TV in the living room and three bedrooms. Direct TV streaming for live TV & high speed internet. Great lounging large sofa & recliner chair in Living Room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, serving ware, pots/pans, just bring food & paper supplies. There is a large table for 6 and four with extra bar stools.

Relax and unwind on the outdoor first floor porch. The Master has a private second floor deck with two Adirondack chairs. Outdoor gas grill. Outdoor bike rack. Included is parking for two cars.
