• Kitchen includes all major appliances - refrigerator, range, dishwasher & microwave, as well as countertop appliances Keurig, toaster oven/ air fryer, crockpot, Magic Bullet blender, and well-stocked with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, glassware, spices, coffees and teas.
• Livingroom and dining combo is an open concept with two large picture windows providing a panoramic ocean views.  The living space has a warm, cozy beach home dcor with furnishings from Raymour & Flanigan including a leather sofa-sleeper (queen), leather reclining chair and two end tables as well as a wood dining table w 4 chairs, a ceiling fan with light and a beautiful large seashell table lamp.  A bookcase filled with board games, puzzles, etc (refer to photo).

Ocean 17 Condominiums offers a large heated pool with a sundeck.  The sundeck offers tables with sun umbrellas and chairs as well as chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing.  The sundeck directly overlooks the boardwalk, dunes, beach and ocean.  A clean, well-kept outdoor shower and limited guest storage spaces (first come, first serve).
