Surprisingly large and conservatively priced this 1st floor beachfront property is perfect for those on a budget. This home must be seen in person to be appreciated. But there are two reasons that you choose a beachfront home: proximity to the ocean and the views. Nothing is more relaxing on vacation than waking up with your morning coffee and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic or winding the day down staring out at the ocean. Don't forget to keep you eyes peeled because from this vantage point there is a good possibility that you will spot dolphins.
