Beachfront- easy access to beach-Great ocean views! First aid station next door at lifeguard headquarters. several bicycles for tenants use in the garage. Parking spaces for 5 cars! 3 off street parking spaces in driveway plus 1 in garage and 1 in front of garage. Great unit very spacious decks ,living areas. Corner unit provides extra sunlight throughout! You will be coming back for more once you stay here!
