Outside shower and hose to wash feet were not up to par given cost of rental. Very limited cupboard space due to plethora of mugs. Parking was limited. Good room and bath lay out for our family. Very well kept inside.

We have rented this same condo for the last several years and I do have to say that it wasn’t very clean. The dishwasher was full, old coffee grinds in the coffee maker, left over belongings from the last tenants under 2 beds and a shirt in the laundry room. There were old water bottles and candy wrappers under the sofa. The remote for the garage door didn’t work, even after I replaced the batteries. We absolutely love this condo, we have rented both the upstairs and downstairs of this building and it really isn’t cleaned like it should be. If a cleaning company comes in after tenants leave they are not doing a very good job. I feel that I pay a lot of money for a week and it should be clean when we check in. I plan on coming back next year but I’m not sure that I will rent the same house.

The ONLY problem with the rental property is the shower heads. They really need to be updated. It was hard to rinse thick hair in the shower. Otherwise, we had a fantastic vacation!! OCNJ is ourr favorite vacation spot!!
