4 out of 5 and not 5 because
1) master bedroom mattress could be upgraded
2) master bedroom (sliding door) needs window coverings that are not sheer
But otherwise we LOVE this property and will continue to rent it each year

Great location, beautiful home.. master bedroom mattress somewhat uncomfortable and living room furniture too formal.. everything else was great!

We love our property and have rented it for years (5318 Central) but we would love it even more if:
- master bedroom had a new bed (it's so soft and we roll towards the center and have bad backs all week)
- master bedroom needs blackout curtains for the sliding door (right now it's sheers and not everyone wants to take up at dawn)

Our rental was updated and very clean. Loved the location, especially its closeness to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, which you don’t always find in a rental. Our family had a great time!
