Due to Covid, our condo was very clean, cabinets had been minimized to only necessary things and that was a real treat!! Usually, just cluttered with all kinds of accumulated stuff. Several outlets did not work.

This is our fourth year renting from Berger. Two different houses. We really like 2420 Central, especially the two-car garage. House was very clean when we arrived.

One king size bed in the master bedroom would have been great. A couple of hooks on the wall/door of the outside shower would have been very convenient. A bench would have been nice as well. We did not use outside shower for those two reasons. Makes for more wear and tear and sand in the house. Also, no clothes lines to hang wet towels. Over the railings is not pretty and using the dryer raises utility bill. Loved 2420 Central Ave., 1st floor though. Would love to return for longer stay.

I had an amazing time down there. The house was beautiful and everything was perfect. By the end of the week, I was ready to return home to my own bed and see my dog, but I really didn't want to leave the house. I am almost tempted to rent another one towards the end of the summer. Thanks for an awesome time.

Lovely three bedroom two bath, 2nd floor condo. The nautical decor gives you the true shore feeling. Large front and rear decks with easy access from one deck to the other. Ocean views from the back deck. Very close to the beach and ocean. Easy access to the boardwalk. Cheery kitchen, dining and living areas. A place to kick off your shoes and enjoy a week or two away from home and work.

From the front, back and rooftop decks, glance at the ocean, listen to the surf and watch the sunrises and sunsets. Amenities include a flat screen HD TV and wireless internet. Just two short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. In the off season, we offer partial weeks and weekends.
