Our rental property was great and far exceeded our expectation!! We loved the location and it was super clean and we were very pleased with the property. Couldn't have been happier!!! I have to say that I was a bit disappointed that she never came to fix the toilet that wasn't working but it didn't really affect our vacation and we had an excellent time!! I was a bit taken back by the smell of all of the air freshener beads in every room and I had to air the house out for a bit, as I am very sensitive to those. But all in all, it was a fabulous week and we couldn't have been happier with the property and the area!!! We were extremely happy working with Berger!!! And would definitely recommend this property and Lou and Dawn to family and friends.

Take advantage of OC's famous bike path which is perfect for both jogging and biking. Only 2 blocks to 34th St. where you will find Sand Castle park playground, which features tennis and basketball courts, access to Grocery stores, CVS, retail shopping, and restaurants without having to drive. This home has a large covered front porch with plenty of seating for you to relax with your family and friends. We have provided all the necessary items to include: a propane grill, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella. The only thing missing is YOU!!
