Excellent location close to boardwalk with ample room for multi family. Each level of townhouse ( 3 floors ) is separate sleeping areas but connected by stairs inside .. great for adults or teens for privacy . We would rent again 👍

Found the property had not been cleaned thoroughly - Trash in waste baskets, floors unswept. Had to replace the battery in 2nd floor fire alarm. First floor bedroom sliding door fell off the track when opening for the first time. Overall, a very nice facility and great location.

Beautiful property, our family loved the pool and close access to the beach. Very limited cleaning supplies (ex….Only 1 broom in the entire 3 floors with no dust pan). With the condition of the house at checkin time, I don’t believe the home was cleaned or do not believe it had a cleaning company service the location.
