Description
Plymouth Place is located between 7th and 8th Streets. This condominium is on the first floor and about half a block to the beach and boardwalk. There are no streets to cross. The water park / water slide is at the boardwalk end of the block and the amusements / rides are at 6th Street on the boardwalk.There are two TVs and two good air conditioners. There is Verizon internet (wireless and cable) and two telephones. The new kitchen includes granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and built in microwave, plus refrigerator and range. The bedroom has an almost new Sealy Posturepedic queen size mattress / box spring, carpeting, as well as extra cabinet storage space. In the front room, the futon is queen size. The reserved parking space is less than twenty feet from the front door. There are two outdoor showers in the back. There is a laundry facility at the other end of the building for use of tenants only.Amenities
