Welcome to the north end of Ocean City on quiet Brighton Place. Just one block to the beach and two blocks to the main boardwalk shops and amusements, it located for the family who wants to walk everywhere. This is a 1st floor unit. It has four bedrooms and two full baths that can sleep up to 9 people. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach. Off the front is a large deck to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. It is sure to put you at ease and enjoy your time at the beach. Kick back and relax, you're going to enjoy your time here.

BEACH BLOCK, NO STEPS!

We are implementing even more stringent cleaning and disinfecting in our unit for the 2020 rental period. This will include brand new pillows & shower curtains, and professionally laundered mattress pads for each rental. (Per county protocol, we are asking tenants to bring their own blankets, comforters, and towels. We will be glad to refer you to a professional rental service for these items if you wish.) We have a cleaning crew working ONLY FOR US on Saturday changeovers! They will be emptying and disinfecting the kitchen cupboards, putting all the dishes through the dishwasher, and spraying down each mattress with a disinfectant spray. (The mattresses have zipped up covers on them already.) We will do everything possible to make sure you know your unit is as clean and disinfected as possible! And we (the owners) live upstairs full time, so we will be overseeing each cleaning. 

And now, what about the unit? This is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach-block condo, with 2 off-street parking spaces. Sleeps 9. Condo features a gorgeous new kitchen with beautiful quartz counters, a built-in microwave, gas stove & oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and dishwasher. The lovely living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 39' hdtv. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a full private bath. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin pull-out. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable. Free Wifi is provided too! Fenced backyard with a gas grill for all those summer meals. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water - no waiting for the shower after the beach! Covered front porch with table & chairs for drinks after a day by the ocean. Covered bike rack & storage shed for all your gear. This is a ground floor unit - no stairs to deal with! Perfect for those with mobility issues. (Our ceiling height is 6'9'.) The beach and boardwalk are at the end of the block! Take a walk, run or bike ride on the boardwalk in the morning, enjoy the beautiful beaches by day, and head back to the boardwalk at night for a stroll, the rides, or some dinner. Or, just relax on the shaded front porch and watch the world go by. Easy walk to downtown. The weekly summer Farmer's Market at the Tabernacle is just down the block. Tennis, shuffleboard, and the new Ocean City Skateboard Park can all be found off 5th Street! Atlantic City night life just 20 minutes away, or head over the 9th Street Bridge to Somers Point. 

A BIG plus - the owners live upstairs year-round. We are here to oversee every turnover, and we make sure the place is spotless for your arrival. No surprises when you check in. And if you have an issue during your stay, we are right here. In addition, since we are the upstairs residents, you don't need to worry about the "upstairs neighbors" making noise, etc. We want our guests to have a wonderful vacation.

The Courtyard Carriage House is a lovely two story, single family home nestled beside beautiful century old holly trees. It is one block from the beach and boardwalk. The Courtyard Carriage House is a classic design with contemporary features. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room on the first floor. The French doors in the dining room open to a secluded rick courtyard. The plants and flowers in large pots add a European flavor to this unique space. There are two tables and chairs for outside dining and relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor with cathedral ceilings. The master suite features a queen bed, full bath and an entertainment center. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have two twin beds. These two rooms share the 2nd full bath. The furniture is traditional with artwork and decorative accents. The charm, privacy and setting of this Carriage House make it a lovely home for a family holiday.
