Owner Mary very nice. Washing machine was not working and Mary sent technician immediately! Appreciate that!! Just a suggestion... any floor covering other than the carpet would be so much better.. carpet retains too much dirt, bacteria , etc. kitchen could be a bit more updated including table and chairs. Bathrooms are really nice and updated. Overall enjoyed the house for two years in a row, view upstairs is great, and love that it’s on the beach. We would rent again. Thank you!

We are so grateful for this rental property. It is everything we could want. Especially grateful Mary allows us to bring our small dog and for her generous gift certificate and bottle of wine. The only issue is that for the third year in a row the wifi is not working when we arrive and I have to spend 1/2 day getting it addressed. But it does end up getting addressed and I do appreciate that. Trish is always highly responsive. Thank you.

Trish is a wonderful agent. She is responsive and responsible. And I also appreciate the home owner's commitment to cleanliness and making sure the amenities are working. I will say the both years we have rented the property the hot water was not working when we arrived. That said, someone was able to fix it within a day which we appreciated.

This beautifully appointed beachfront home has wonderful views of the ocean. It has comfortable living room/great room area with ample seating. You will have easy access to the beach. If needed, you can hop on the trolley to go to the rides and amusements on the boardwalk. This unit also provides a chairlift for people with physical limitations. It also comes with a 4th bathroom on the ground floor.
