We found mold on the ceiling in the hallway and the shower curtains had mildew. The counters were not wiped down. There was also sand on the floors.

Wasnt stocked as much as it could be and when we looked at the property in the winter it had a high top table. Thought great to see the ocean. Assumed there were chairs to go with it. There was not. Dissappointed my elderly parents had to stand to see the ocean.

Lovely place. Needs a few things, but after the air conditioner got fixed, we were very happy. It is very well equipped with everything we expected to have. Noisy upstairs with dogs and little children, but still a nice experience. Next time we would get an upstairs. Problem was my husband couldn't do stairs very well and could never get to the water due to the long walk in the sand and over the dunes. Our fault for not thinking of this .

Aside from the toilet in the downstairs bathroom being off balance, the door knob on downstairs bedroom being broken off and people getting locked in the bedroom twice, and the work being done on the beach our entire week down there, we were very pleased with the house.

Owner allowed work on the property on 4 days. One night until after 7:15 PM. Hammering cement; power tools; power lines; cement bags; tools. Limited access to the porch and deck. My grandkids couldn't be outside. Ridiculous!
