3313 Bay Ave, Unit #8 was very clean and a very nice unit to stay in! We enjoyed it thoroughly. Our only disappointment was that the WIFI was absolutely awful!!! Could not get on and if we did we were bumped off constantly prohibiting usage of the WIFI advertised that the unit came equipped. We were expecting WIFI but due to the problems I've explained we were in turn unable to use. This was 1 of our top priorities when shopping for a rental unit. Also I would suggest a normal size coffee pot and at least 1 TV in 1 of the bedrooms.
