Great location! All beds and living room furnishings were quite comfortable and clean. Suggestions: 1. add another trash can under kitchen counter overhang for recycling. We had to use a trash bag on the floor that was messy and bag leaked which could have attracted ants if we weren't aware, 2. Provide a wipeable flannel backed vinyl tablecloth for families with young kids to protect the wood table and not ruin the nice cream fabric one that was on the table. I brought my own tablecloth based on a previous review/suggestion and it was a Godsend with three little grandkids. 3. Shag carpets in bedrooms either needed a serious professional cleaning or replaced because looked really dirty in the traffic areas. I would recommend this place to rent.

would be nice to have hooks in BR's to hang towels, mixing & serving bowls not enough, tablecloth better if vinyl to wipe off, the key/lock was very difficult to use in fact we didnt think the keys worked at all but fooling with it, we got it to work, would be great to be a combination that could change with the rental or a new lock

Our overall experience was good and the property was a very good fit for our family. My only complaint is that the house was not very clean when we arrived. And we are not talking Covid-19 clean. There were just several items that were obviously missed or poorly cleaned that we addressed upon arrival. Otherwise, the property was very nice and would have exceeded our expectation.

Rental property living room furniture was old and tired. Felt like you were sitting on floor. Was uncomfortable and not clean. Should be upgraded..

Re: the rental property:
1. The back bathroom off the hallway--the door sticks and scrapes noisily when opening, thus waking up people in the adjacent bedroom.
2. also, the owner should advertise that 5 beach tags are available for use. We didn't know this when we rented the property...

Great Stay - no issues.
I do recommend garbage/recycle pick up 3 times per week during season, or supply more garbage containers.
