The rental was perfect for our situation with the dog. Nice walkes to town (Asbury), the parks, historical district, beach (no dog :)). We really appreciated all the updates to the property since last year and actually enjoyed working around the backyard one afternoon picking weeds, trimming vines that were choking flowers, cutting grass, cleaning grill, etc. to make it a really enjoyable eperience. Look forward to next year.

The property was clean and neat with all new kitchen items. The bathroom was beautiful and all brand new !! It was convenient to the beach and boardwalk.

It was a great place for us and the dog. I fixed a few things and left the property in general better shape than when we arrived.
