I would like to express to you and your team on how impressed I was with Berger Reality. From the initial communication, prompt lease agreement and ease of both checking in and out. You guys looked like a well oiled machine handing out the keys at check in which made the process wait free. Adding the free bucket and bag of coupons (which we used) was a nice touch. Also the drive by check out so we could get back on the road for traveling home, was impressive. Please share this with you colleagues and management for we will definitely be renting next year’s home (hopefully the same one we had this year) with Berger!

While the service was run like a well oiled machine and went off without a hitch, it felt like exactly that. Check in was an assembly line where I didn't meet my agent and there was no personal touch. Berger seems to have a monopoly on the OC market and that is how it felt. With that said, all went smooth and the property was great.

I was very impressed with your outdoor set up for check in. It has never been easier. check out was also a breeze! Good work. Sharon was great to work with and so patient while showing us properties to rent. I would definitely return next year.

The house was wonderful, beautiful and clean. We were thrilled with the kitchen and the layout of the floor plan. However, my only complaint was the mattresses were so soft that everyone complained about that issue. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Thank you PS. Ben was great!!!
