Rental was not as clean as last year. Kitchen had trash in cans and counter tops had crumbs. Outside table was dirty. Light in master bath needed replacement.

The house was spacious, clean & well furnished. The paver patio outside off the porch is an awesome option if the sand is blowing in the beach; you can still hear the ocean from there!

Five stars for the drive through key drop pick-up/ drop-off! Mike Maina did a fine job for us, even fast-tracking next year’s rental of the same beloved house, and negotiating our request for a second week. He is quick to respond to questions and follows through.
