I don't have our agents name may be Bob but within 5 minutes of our check-in the screen door locked w our keys inside our agent drove us over and was able to get us back in our cottage - he didn't make us feel dumb "that's what we are here for" after driving 10 hours from Vermont that was comforting -check out was a breeze I handed the keys to an agent outside - can't wait for next summer! Thanks Jane B
