One suggestion overall would be that owners provide a starter supply of essentials. For example a full roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, a roll of paper towels, small bar of soap, etc. Our rental this summer didn’t even provide hangers; we had to buy some before we could unpack.

Our rental property was fine. Generally clean and in good condition. Would not rent again due to size and limited furniture/ sun covering on small deck. Very odd parking beneath the property. Trish was excellent and extremely helpful. We locked ourselves out of the house and she was very responsive and quick to assist. Would definitely use Trish again next year.
