Nice and clean property. Roof top property big hit.

House is in a great location and a good size, but it is in need of some upkeep. There is rot on the back deck and every ceiling has some water damage. there was also a bad smell in the laundry area

We had an issue with the microwave not working. However, the issue was given a timely response and resolved quickly, and to our satisfaction.

We very much enjoyed it. A few things that could be improved:
- Outdoor patio furniture
- Not enough knives in the kitchen
- Important note for the homeowner. During Isaias, the house lost several roofing shingles. We watched the wicked wind blowing them off. They might want to have the roof checked.
