Lovely single family rental just a few blocks to the beach. Quiet area next to bike path. Fenced in yard that allows dogs. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

It really is a beautiful property I love it but the garage door did not open and I really think they could use some more kitchen supplies utensils pots and pans and things in the kitchen being a multiple restaurant owner I always think there’s not enough but it was very sparse in there but all in all a great experience and Lauren Greiner is the best and her father John love them both!

Lauren was so sweet the second I talked to her I knew she was going to be my new agent.I have owned restaurants for 38 years and I know customer service can be difficult It is it is the lifeline of your business she is amazing and so her father.I have rented from monihan for many many years but now I am a berger customer for life
