We have stayed in the same 3632 Wesley property for several years. It is starting to feel a little dated, but is still nice. Appliances need updated soon.

The property was well appointed with excellent deck furnishings. The elevator was especially helpful for my elderly mother. The view is spectacular and the home seemed well maintained. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The 2nd primary bathroom was not cleaned at all and the floor of the primary bath was dirty.

Nice beachfront property with ocean views, close to beach access path.
Open concept kitchen/dining/living area provides plenty of open space.
Great deck with plenty of comfy cushioned lounge chairs, as well as a table w/chairs for outdoor dining.
Bedrooms and baths were sufficient, although one (common) bathtub drained slowly - maybe clogged w/sand?
Internet was spotty - sometimes very slow, sometimes OK speeds

I think this rental was the 5th rental we secured through Berger Realty. We have always gone through Tanya Pinkerton and she has been extremely helpful.
This is actually the 3rd time we stayed in this property. I think the first times were in 2013 and 2014. There were several summers we vacationed with family members in another state.
This property is nearly perfect and the view of the beach and ocean is spectacular.
If we plan to stay in Ocean City again, we will certainly go through Tanya and Berger Realty.
