The property came with a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. I love to cook and this was a bonus! The property itself was well maintained and the decor was lovely. Close walk to the 36th street beach and The Fractured Prune.

I’ve been renting from Berger for over 35 years. Never had a bad experience. I don’t think I’ll be renting anymore since my daughter and son in law bought a house on 44th Street from Berger.

Outstanding property to rent! Very efficiently stocked in the kitchen. Nice location, but wish it were a block or two closer to the beach.

We’ve rented this property the past 3 years and it is beautiful. It feels like home. We plan to rent this property again next year. We did have a problem with the sink stopping up in kitchen but my son in law fixed it. Also the chair on the roof deck collapsed when my friend sat on it. Other than that it was perfect.

The condo we rented st 3623 West was wonderful except there is no light at the bottom of stairs and it's very hard to see when walking up stairs at night.

Our rental at 3623 West 2nd fl was wonderful. It was in the location we like and it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We want to rent it again next year but have to check our dates first. The only problem we had was that some of the dishes were dirty so we had to wash them all. The cutlery drawer also was a little dirty. Other than that everything was perfect. We loved the roof top deck.
