5440 Asbury 1st floor is a wonderful place to stay. It has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. It is always neat, extremely clean, and welcoming. Tom and Laura kind and friendly people and are great to do business with. I look forward to coming back in 2024.

All good except internet service was very weak outside of the two main bedrooms. Unable to access consistantly in the living area.
Landlord very accomodating and dealt with initial internet issue and storage access immediately .

5440 Asbury is by far the best rental property of all we have stayed in. Mr. and Mrs. DiPietro go to great lengths to ensure their tenants' comfort, and those extra touches are sincerely appreciated. I feel like we stayed in a 5* hotel!

This was by far the best rental we have had in the nearly 20 years that we have been coming to Berger properties in Ocean City. The owner went over and above expectations and we were able to meet him and express our thanks. We definitely will be renting from Mr. and Mrs. DiPietro next year.

We enjoyed our week in Ocean City. Look forward to renting same house again next year after we receive corrected lease from our Agent. (We had a pet friendly rental and the new lease for 2017 failed to include the "pet friendly" clause & fee).

We were happy with the rental property. I appreciated the place being dog friendly. We were limited with rentals which would accommodate pets. I would urge your property owners who do not allow pets to allow the possibility. Overall we enjoyed the south side of the island and the quiet relaxing environment.

Prior to contacting Berger, I was in contact with another realty I found on the internet and they were too slow in getting back to me with properties to rent (over 24 hours).
Lori was professional and wasted no time in helping me book a vacation rental. After we spoke about what type of property I was interested in, I hung up the phone and within minutes, , I received an email listing several rental possibilities.
