You and your family have nothing but options when you rent 17 E. 10th Ave., a single, two-story family home that just underwent lots of modernizing, cosmetic upgrades (including new flooring upstairs and the whole house has been painted) on the corner of 10th and Simpson Aves. Within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, rides, bay and the quaint shops and restaurants - and a plethora of coffee shops for your morning coffee runs! - in the heart of Ocean City, each day can be a new adventure if you'd like! A single-family home that can accommodate two cars in its spacious off-street parking, 17 E. 10th Ave. can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an outdoor shower, two spacious decks, a cozy porch AND an awesome hangout space in the basement, you have plenty of space to relax, enjoy the company of your other guests and take advantage of the central AC unit. Relax and unwind after those blue-sky-filled beach days by watching any one of the 5 brand-new televisions in the house. And of course, the house has lightning-fast WiFi! You'll immediately feel at home when you walk up the stairs and are greeted by a sizable covered porch with brand-new furniture just waiting for you to enjoy while taking in the crisp breezes off the ocean and bay. From there, when you open the front door, you'll walk right into the spacious, welcoming open-concept downstairs. The family room features plenty of seating (including a comfy couch that doubles as a pull out to sleep additional guests) and a large TV hung over a beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen, complete with brand-new countertops, backsplash and a variety of appliances and amenities, including a K-Duo Keurig ready to brew an entire pot of coffee or a single cup of your beverage of choice; a combo toaster oven AND air fryer; blender (aka frozen concoction maker); and electric tea kettle! Feel free to enjoy your meals seated around the large kitchen table or at the spacious island in the center of the kitchen. Walk farther down the downstairs hall and you'll find the beautiful, spacious bunk room, complete with one set of brand-new bunk bed.  The bunk has a full bed on top and a full on the bottom as well as a twin pullout trundle underneath The bunk room also houses the in-unit washer and dryer! Across from the bunk room is one of the house's two full bathrooms. Head upstairs and you'll find three more bedrooms.  One of them has a queen-sized bed and another has a king size bed just perfect for a wonderful night's sleep after a day of fun. The third bedroom houses two twin beds and a beautiful view of Simpson and 10th Ave. We know you'll absolutely adore the master bedroom, its gigantic walk-in closet (!) and the spacious, furnished upper deck that you can access from the room. But the outdoor space doesn't end there! Off the first floor is a large deck complete with a brand-new dining set that can comfortably seat up to 8 people! The house also has ample outdoor space, including brand-new outdoor furniture surrounding a fire pit. Owner will have a pack and play/port a crib with mattress for tenants to use.
