Our rental had been sold and they were waiting out the remaining renters until closing. Unit was clean, but needs a LIT of upgrades.

Rental had loose rails at 2nd floorlanding. Dangerous for children. Not as clean as expected. All air vents dirty. Dust blowing out when AC running. Ceiling fans cleaned by my husband. One of our family had to take allergy medicine all week. Storage closet advertised but not usable due to owner misc.

Broken furniture, faucets didn't work right, rotten banister, a little run down. I understand the property is up for sale and the owner has lost interest but then this should have been disclosed and the rental should have been discounted.

everything about this property was wonderful EXCEPT for the extremely uncomfortable beds... we loved the decks, the location, the outdoor shower and the family friendliness of the property was appreciated for our granddaughters. We did have difficulty locating the key for the storage area, Graham brought one over, but it still didnt work well
THANK YOU and we do want to return to Ocean City.( A week offseason, and again in mid Jujne.),
