The kitchen features an island with extra seating, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a side entrance of the souths ide of the building that provides garage access and a full bathroom to shower and change from the beach. Up a few stairs from the living area are 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. The master suite features a rear deck and double vanities in the bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and glass doors. The unit is located between 3rd and 4th Street on Atlantic Ave, it is just a short .25 mile friendly walk to the beach with only 2 streets to cross on your way to the beach.
